Where is your store located?

Our store is located on the East side of Oklahoma City. We are located in a little town called Nicoma Park between Post Rd and Westminister on the North side of 23rd Street. Our address is:

What does Free Shipping mean?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the U.S. with a subtotal of $50 or more. For all orders that fall under the $50 minimum, we have a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00.

Can I buy something on JLillysBoutique.com and pick it up in the store instead of having it shipped?

Absolutely! During checkout be sure to select the “In Store Pick up” option under shipping method. This is free of charge and you will be notified when your order is available for pick up.

When can I expect my order?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped, same day by 4pm CST. Any orders that are placed after the 4pm deadline will be shipped out the next business day. We currently do not process any orders on Saturday and Sunday or any major holiday the Post Office is closed. You will also be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

1.       If you chose our “In Store Pick Up” option and were wanting it shipped.

2.       If your payment hasn’t cleared.

3.       If you have placed an order during one of our promotional events. We appreciate your business and ask you to be patient since large volumes of orders might cause shipping delays.

Do I Get Any Confirmation My Order Went Through?

Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated!

How Do I Make A Return?

In order to return properly, please refer to our Return Policy included in your order to make sure your return meets the criteria.

Can I bring an online order into the store to exchange rather than shipping it back?

Of course! We are open Monday-Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday 10-5.

If I receive the wrong item in my order, or a damaged item, do I have to pay to ship it back?
No! Give us a call at 405-769-4789 ext 2 or email us at info@jlillysboutique.com and we will get a prepaid label sent to you.
I Cannot Find the Answers to My Questions, How Do I Reach Customer Service?
You can call us at 405-769-4789 ext 2, Monday - Friday 10am – 7pm CST or email us at info@jlillysboutique.com. We respond to all emails Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM CST. Any emails sent Friday after 6PM CST- Sunday will be answered first thing Monday morning.
